Between the Canals

Lime Street Sound have just finished the post production on the independent film "Between the Canals". It is a film about three small time criminals in inner city Dublin. About to be shown in the Dublin Film Festival, we wish it the best in this tough competition.

Live Link To LA

Lime Street Sound have been putting Source Connect through its paces with live audio and picture link-ups to Buzzy's Studio in LA. ADR for Iron Cross has finally been completed with broadband talk-back and live studio pictures from LA running alongside 48K audio recording right here in Dublin. Global studio sessions have finally become a reality!

Take It To The Bridge

Today is the official opening of the Samuel Beckett bridge at Spencer Dock, just around the corner from Lime Street Studios. The Calatrava-designed bridge is yet another stunning new feature of this area which has been dubbed 'dublin's new city quarter'. If you've got an upcoming session in Lime Street, why not arrive five minutes early, park in our courtyard and take in the sights!

Another one bites the dust

Another series of Mi Na Meala has just been completed by Lime Street Sound. The eight part series concerning married couples revisiting their Honeymoon destination and memories. A joy to view and work on.

Believe in Zero

Lime Street Sound was awash with celebrities last week as the new Irish advertisement for Unicef's 'Believe In Zero' campaign was filmed in our studio complex. The ad is produced by Red Pepper Productions and will be mixed at Lime Street Sound.

The Celtic Choristers

Lime Street Sound are busy mixing tracks from last Thursday's recording session with 40-piece male voice choir, the 'Celtic Choristers'. This is the first time Lime Street have recorded such a large group on our new sound stage in Studio 5.

Round Three

The third series of 'Mi Na Meala' for TG4 has started to be mixed by Lime Street Sound. This very successful series is now in its third year. The series focuses on couples relaying their story of their early romance and through to their honeymoon and their life together. This gentle meandering format is drawing huge audience figures.
